Returns
There are no physical goods being sold. As such a return is not applicable.
Cancellations
Customer is free to cancel their account at any time by contacting our Billing Team, with their account information. Similarly, Hosting Panther reserves the right to cancel any account at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of this Agreement or the AUP.
Refunds
All services are charged in advance for the period of the service. Often discounts are provided for longer periods. This locks in the service. No refunds are provided except for the services qualifying for Money Back Guarantee.
Domain registrations, transfers, renewals are not refundable under any circumstances.
Money Back Guarantee
If an account with a seven (7) day money-back guarantee is purchased and cancelled within seven (7) days of sign up, the Customer will, upon request, receive a full refund of all hosting fees. Requests for these refunds should be made through our Billing Team. Refunds made for a seven (7) day money-back guarantee will not include domain registration fees, setup fees, or any fees for additional services that are purchased in the first seven (7) days.
Money-back guarantee is only applicable to those products and services that are specified with this offer. Any other products or services with no specification of money-back guarantee are not entitled to a refund. Under the money-back guarantee, only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is to protect our money-back guarantee from being abused. Hosting Panther reserves the right to determine the definition of first-time account. Violations of the Terms of Service will waive the refund policy.
If a free domain is provided in the hosting package, the hosting package is not qualified for money back guarantee.
If a domain has been bought new, transferred or renewed, it is not applicable for money back under any circumstances.
Process of Refund
We do not accept cash. All payments are accepted either by bank transfer or payment gateways.
If a service is cancelled and there is a payment to be refunded, the refund will be processed within 24hrs.
Payments made by bank transfers will be reverted to the account from which the transfer was made.
Payments made via payment gateway will be reverted via the payment gateway. Please note that payment gateways like RazorPay take 5-7 working days to revert the charges to the account.
In all cases a notification will be provided upon issuing refund. A reference number will be made available on request.
